Individual Offer

For individual clients, we have a wide range of civilian shelters, based on our long-standing cooperation with the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

Due to our experience, supported by the competencies of the Military University of Technology, we offer private clients the design and construction of any individual shelter, without limitations on area and volume, assumed protective parameters, and any possible amenities, according to the client’s guidelines and wishes.

Our shelters can be designed and built as a standalone structure on the client’s plot, or as part of a planned house (e.g., part of a basement).

In addition to its basic functions, a shelter can be equipped at the client’s request with additional features such as: biodynamic daylighting (the patented SpectraSol system), a fireplace with live fire, a normobaric chamber, or a sauna.

Even our basic shelter has ballistic resistance protecting against artillery shell fire, is completely airtight, has a CBRNE filter-ventilation system, and protects against radioactive fallout in accordance with the guidelines for the design of civilian shelters specified in the regulation to the Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defense.

At the client’s request, the shelter can have increased resistance to threats related to drone and missile fire.

Our offer also includes a much more economical solution – a hideout. Although a hideout does not include a filter-ventilation system or gas-tight shelter doors, it also performs the basic functions of protecting the lives of its users.

Due to our cooperation with the company FASER S.A., we offer their products: from the UFW-100-ESR filter-ventilation system, to portable oxygen kits and evacuation backpacks. This is top-class equipment, certified and used, among others, by rescuers in mines. The filters produced by FASER S.A. are certified by the Military Institute of Chemistry and Radiometry.

We offer the sale and installation of shelter doors and hatches in both standard sizes and custom-made. All doors and hatches we offer are resistant to an air blast wave (2 bar) and are gas-tight (hermetic).
